PS... I know of one stellar daycare, but it is the Greenway plaza area. Hard to get into because they give first spots to members of the church... but worth a shot. Super nice place! So I didn't take it personally. the reality is, if you want good out-of-home childcare, you practically have to start looking in the first trimester. it's just that I didn't, because i was more consumed with getting THROUGH the first trimester. Yes, she actually said “wrong answer”. but it sounded more like “wrong answer, my dear child/sweetie” rather than “wrong answer, bitch, now you must die”. So I didn’t take it personally. the reality is, if you want good out-of-home childcare, you practically have to start looking in the first trimester. it’s just that I didn’t, because i was more consumed with getting THROUGH the first trimester.
